Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact Palm Haven Studio at 540-841-0109 to cancel your appointment. There is a cancellation fee of 30% for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
In the event of a no show appointment, the fee for a no show appointment is the total cost of the missed service
